For many of those years we focused on being the production arm for much larger, more expensive firms that would land and manage the account and look to us for the design, production and execution of the finished product. After so many years as the behind the scenes unsung heroes the economy and industry trends prompted us to shift our model to include more and more direct to end customer relations.
